nbje Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the nbje website accessible at nbje.io, including all subpages, game lobbies, sports betting sections, cashier functions, and account management areas.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their Account using a supported payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's Account as part of a bonus or promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the relevant promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity verification process required by nbje before processing withdrawals or fulfilling certain account requests.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and any other payment channels listed as active in the nbje cashier at the time of the transaction.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all nbje transactions are denominated.

By accessing the Platform for any purpose — including browsing game content as a guest, registering a Player Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the nbje Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

nbje reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to each Player, subject to the notification provisions set out in Section 16 (Amendments) of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Use of the nbje Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. nbje enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, any balance will be returned where applicable, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of a commercial gambling operation.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the nbje Platform or any other gambling platform with which nbje has a reciprocal exclusion arrangement.
• You have not previously had an nbje Account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of nbje or any of its affiliated game providers, where such relationship would constitute a conflict of interest.

nbje reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension pending review.

Each eligible individual may hold one registered Account on the nbje Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes. nbje bears no responsibility for Account access issues, payment delays, or failed KYC verifications arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. nbje will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nbje immediately at [email protected].

nbje operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC clearance before funds are released. nbje may also require KYC verification at any point during a Player's Account lifecycle, including at registration, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or when unusual activity is detected on an Account.

For KYC purposes, Players will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of address dated within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of bKash wallet registered in the Player's name).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document, if requested by the nbje compliance team.

nbje's compliance team will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. During the KYC review period, withdrawal requests may be held pending verification. nbje reserves the right to request additional documentation if the submitted materials are deemed insufficient to confirm the Player's identity or the source of deposited funds.

Providing falsified or altered documents during KYC is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All deposits and withdrawals on the nbje Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is applied by nbje to any transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are credited to a Player's Real Money Balance within seconds of confirmation from the relevant payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take longer to reflect, depending on the processing time of the sending institution. nbje is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or bank.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. nbje reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable, subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 1–12 hours of approval, subject to KYC clearance.
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): Typically processed within 1–3 business days of approval, subject to receiving bank processing times.

nbje does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed by the Platform. However, the Player's payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.

nbje offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh calendar events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page and communicated to eligible Players at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings are transferred to the Real Money Balance and become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Any uncompleted Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the creation of additional Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• nbje reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any active Wagering Requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured for the period originally communicated.
• The welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 (100% match on qualifying first deposits from ৳500) is available to newly registered Players who complete KYC verification before claiming. Specific wagering requirements and validity periods are displayed on the promotion page.

In cases where nbje reasonably suspects that a Player has opened multiple Accounts to exploit bonus offers, or where coordinated bonus abuse involving multiple Players is identified, nbje reserves the right to close all implicated Accounts and forfeit all balances, including Real Money Balances accumulated through the abuse scheme.

All casino games available on the nbje Platform — including video slots, live dealer table games, RNG table games, and crash games — are supplied by independent, internationally recognised game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) and game mathematics are independently certified for fairness and compliance with published return-to-player (RTP) rates.

The outcome of each game round is determined solely by certified RNG or live dealer mechanics. nbje has no ability to alter game outcomes after a round has begun. Each game's rules, including available bet ranges, paytables, RTP percentages, and feature mechanics, are accessible within the game interface itself.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the following principles apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on the part of the Platform, the wager for that round will be returned to the Player's Account.
• If a game round has been fully completed and the result confirmed by the game server prior to any display error on the Player's device, the server-side result stands.
• nbje is not responsible for losses arising from the Player's own internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibilities.

Players are expected to use game features and bet sizing in the spirit of normal, genuine gambling activity. Systematic exploitation of mathematically anomalous game states, bonus buy features used in a manner that contravenes promotion terms, or any other technique designed to exploit the Platform rather than engage with it as intended may be treated as prohibited conduct under Section 10.

The nbje sports betting section covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sporting competitions as listed in the sportsbook at the time of betting. All sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are accessible within the sportsbook interface.

The following general sports betting conditions apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. nbje reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, particularly where the bet size is disproportionate to market liquidity or where an unusual betting pattern is identified.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. A bet is accepted and confirmed only when the Player receives an explicit bet confirmation message. Bets that are not confirmed due to odds movement or system latency are not binding on either party.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or materially altered (e.g., a cricket match reduced in overs due to weather), markets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market. Generally, if insufficient overs or playing time have elapsed to constitute a valid result under the applicable rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious pricing errors (where odds are manifestly incorrect due to a data feed error or human error) may be voided by nbje. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Bet limits apply per market and per event. Current limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nbje Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account for the purpose of circumventing any Platform restriction or multiplying bonus entitlements.
• Providing false, misleading, or altered information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with any part of the Platform in a manner that is not consistent with genuine human gambling activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game, payment system, or Platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or reasonably identifiable error will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players in table games, poker, or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals for purposes unrelated to genuine gambling activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets have been placed or are intended to be placed on the nbje sportsbook.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to the registered Player, or making deposits on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at nbje staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

nbje is fully committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices and the protection of vulnerable players. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players from within the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of the limit period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set timed notifications to alert you when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used to place bets or access game content.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed within the minimum exclusion period of 6 months.

nbje enforces a strict 21+ age policy and applies KYC age verification to every Account. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your Account details, contact nbje immediately at [email protected] and change your login credentials without delay.

Help is always available, and nbje will never pressure a Player who has self-excluded to reactivate their Account before they are ready.

nbje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.
• Identification that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Detection that the Account is being operated by or on behalf of a person who is subject to a self-exclusion order.
• At the Player's own request, including through activation of the self-exclusion tool.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited at nbje's discretion, particularly where the balance was accumulated through prohibited conduct. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., at the Player's own request), any remaining Real Money Balance (net of bonus funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to KYC clearance.

Players who believe their Account has been suspended in error may contact nbje at [email protected] to request a review. nbje will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe and provide the Player with information about the outcome of the review to the extent permissible under applicable law.

All intellectual property rights in the nbje Platform — including but not limited to the nbje brand name and logo, website design, user interface layout, software, written content, promotional materials, and game assets displayed on the Platform — are owned by or licensed to nbje and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for the sole purpose of personal gambling entertainment, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from nbje.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software.
• Use the nbje brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in connection with any product, service, or communication not expressly authorised by nbje.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform or any content therein.

Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbje shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, even if nbje has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond nbje's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, government orders, or natural disasters).
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including game RTP figures, sports odds, promotional terms, or any other content that may be subject to change.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of the Player's Account where such access was caused or facilitated by the Player's own failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, nbje's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by nbje's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

nbje collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing use of the Platform. The collection and use of personal data is governed by the nbje Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available in full at /privacy-policy.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the nbje Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. Key data processing activities include:

• Account registration and management, including identity verification and KYC compliance.
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals, including communication with payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and partner banks).
• Detection and prevention of fraud, money laundering, and prohibited conduct.
• Delivery of promotional communications, where the Player has opted in to receive such communications.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

nbje implements industry-standard SSL encryption across all Platform communications and applies strict internal data access controls to protect Player information. nbje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, nbje will notify registered Players by one or more of the following methods:

• A notification displayed prominently on the Platform homepage or within the Player's Account dashboard upon next login.
• An email notification sent to the email address registered on the Player's Account.
• An update to the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those changes. If a Player does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to lists of supported payment methods — may be made without specific individual notification, provided they do not materially alter the rights or obligations of Players under these Terms.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and nbje in connection with these Terms, the use of the Platform, game outcomes, account decisions, or payment transactions, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Initial Contact: The Player must first contact the nbje support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including Account username, date and time of the disputed event, transaction references where applicable, and a clear description of the issue. nbje will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: The nbje compliance and customer support teams will conduct an internal review of the dispute within 14 business days of receipt of all required information. The Player will be notified of the outcome of the review and the reasoning behind the decision.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, they may request escalation to a senior member of the nbje management team by responding to the initial review outcome notification. Escalated reviews will be completed within 21 business days.

nbje is committed to resolving all disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. Players are encouraged to engage with the internal dispute resolution process in good faith before seeking external remedies.
